3. How We Measure Our Advertising

When you submit our enquiry form, a conversion is recorded in Google Ads so we know whether our advertising leads to enquiries. This conversion is only recorded on the private confirmation page shown after a submission, and that page is excluded from search results.

We also record conversions when someone taps a phone number or email address link on the site, so we can tell how people prefer to reach us.

Enhanced conversions: if you have consented to advertising cookies and you submit our enquiry form, the email address and phone number you provide are shared with Google in hashed (scrambled) form, which Google uses to match the enquiry to the advert that led you here. We never display or share these details anywhere else, and nothing is shared at all if you have not consented.

4. Your Consent Choices

When you first visit, nothing beyond essential cookies is set until you make a choice using our consent banner. You can accept all non-essential cookies, reject them all, or choose between analytics and advertising separately.

We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means your choice is applied to all of our measurement tools. We remember your choice for six months, after which we will ask you again.
