LVIA Reports
Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment is a tool used to identify and assess the significance of the effects of change resulting from a proposed development — on the landscape as an environmental resource in its own right, and on people's views and visual amenity. We prepare robust, defensible LVIAs and streamlined appraisals that support planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments for schemes of every scale.
